Interaction & Interface Principles
An interface has to explain itself while people use it. The layout, labels, icons, and responses help someone work out where to go and what to do. Interaction design is the work of making those parts fit the task.
This section covers the principles behind that work, including visual hierarchy, clear writing, and useful responses when a screen is empty or an action fails. It also explains how people learn their way around a product and remember how to use it.
